Our Stories: Tracing Black Histories in Hertfordshire

Our Stories is a powerful project by St Albans Black History Research Group, that brings together an exhibition and a newly published zine.

This exhibition includes artwork created by Black artists who have responded to the research, using a variety of mediums to bring our local histories and stories to life.

Emma was chosen to act as graphic designer for the exhibition. She designed the 84 page zine, posters and wall treatments. As an East Anglian Black person herself, the project was important to her identity.
