Floral 100% Organic Cotton Scarf with Wildflowers
A sustainable, vegan and organic version of my wildflower floral print scarf taken from my pattern collection 'wildflower'. 63cm square
The designs are inspired by nature, and the design of the scarves is based on European wild flowers. The patterns are developed initially in ink on paper then scanned, digitised and coloured.
Emma works with a sustainable printing company in Finland to create her organic cotton and silk scarves, and takes care to ensure that even the stitching is GOTS certified. The scarves are then sewn by a friendly tailor on Mill Road, Cambridge and Lisbon, Portugal depending where she is.
The voile ven material is 100% organic GOTS certified cotton as is the label. The printing method is also sustainable (https://www.elobina.com/how-it-works/).
